This very handy freeware reads your Outlook AutoComplete file to easily export the list of e-mail addresses it contains. NK2View's standard spreadsheet style interface won't dazzle users with color or graphics, but information is complete, logically displayed, quickly sorted, and easily exported to HTML, text, or XML files.

NK2View takes just a second to open your default or any found .NK2 file. It displays the name, e-mail address, server type, AutoComplete value, and recipient type, and you merely click a column header to sort the addresses as you like. The only thing we didn't find that we wanted was the ability to sort by e-mail domain. A simple text find function is quick and easy to use. NK2View excels with report generation. Simple HTML reports can contain all or a selected portion of the addresses. You can also save addresses in many other formats. Text, tabbed text, horizontal or vertical HTML, or XML files are created with only a couple of clicks.

NK2View's audience is not limited to those with Microsoft Outlook. True, you can't open an item's detail window without it, but you can open the NK2 file from any user or system. This freeware is an easy one to recommend for those looking to explore Outlook AutoComplete files.
