This program allows Windows 2000 users to customise the appearance of folders. You can choose the icon and tool tip of any folder, giving the same effect (if desired) of system folders like the recycle bin or 'My Documents'. This program uses special abilities of Windows 2000 (i.e. it will not work under Win ME or earlier). (N.B. XP has this ability built in but it cannot assign tooltips.)
