Chopping videos is a simple process in which you use tiny icons to mark start and end points; you simply watch the preview window and click at the appropriate times. However, we wish you could set multiple cutting points for a single file in this manner. The app can split videos into a specified number of equally sized clips, but won't let you change the bit rate, the frame rate, or the size of your new files. Extras such as a feature for extracting audio from video files also are absent. On the plus side, the program perfectly handles relatively large files and does its job in a matter of seconds. If you only need a utility for chopping up video, this is an easy-to-use tool for the task.
