Publisher's description
Daub Ages is genealogy software for your family tree. Its intuitive user interface lets you easily enter your data. It includes integrated notes and image management, a complete set of events, and flexible entry of dates. It is highly compatible through direct usage of GEDCOM files and suitable for even large trees; the software has been tested with more than 50,000 individuals.
Editor's review of Daub Ages This program organizes your family tree. The installation goes by so fast you don't even notice it, and Ages - Family Tree Database then launches automatically. The main window doesn't overwhelm you with many buttons and features, since they're all hidden inside the software. After creating a new family member, you start generating the whole tree by specifying the person's relations, kids, and spouse or partner, along with data about birth, christening, and burial and other facts, notes, and sources of information. By creating cards for each family member, you can generate the whole tree and keep it updated. You can view brief or detailed information for any particular family member. The program doesn't show you the whole database in tree form. This drawback is minor, though. The program still works for people who wish to keep track of their ancestors and relatives.
