While MyMovies starts with a basic interface, it quickly transforms into a graphical display of your favorite films. Simply click Add, key in a title, and the program quickly grabs from IMDb.com the movie's cover image, director, actors, critic's rating, movie summary, and run time. Be warned: many of the images retrieved aren't very clear. You'll need to set up an account to share your collection with others online or browse through friends' movies. We like the loan feature, which makes guessing who borrowed your DVDs or VHS tapes a thing of the past. As you'd expect, you can sort movies by director, actor, genre, year, director, and so on. Save your collected works in PMD format, though exporting to HTML format for online sharing is reserved for registered users.
