Editor's review of Showsked Labeller Although it doesn't offer any groundbreaking features, this application can help ease the burden of printing labels and envelopes. Showsked Labeller comes with two similarly laid out modules, one for envelopes and the other for labels, and it automatically creates desktop icons to access each one. One quirk we found is you must open the address database before you can use the Add Address feature, but otherwise each module proved fairly straightforward. We are pleased to find the program includes several import options so you can pull names and address from Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and Outlook Express. The program includes three preset label templates and two envelope templates, but it's simple to modify these or add new ones. The Lookup in Address List tool lets you build your list, with matches displayed in the Results of Lookup field. Right-click in the results field to find options to add names to the label or envelope template, copy the list to the clipboard, or open Microsoft Word's Mail Merge tool. If you're in charge of your company's mailing list or just have a large list of friends and relatives you mail to, this is definitely an option to consider.
